Came to Ubud to relax and have fun, Tirta Arum was a convenient base for it. Had a fully-equipped and tastefully decorated room with a comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for more and would consider staying here again.

It was fairly clean, and the people were extremely friendly. The room was a decent size and huge with a view over terrace. Excellent location of the hotel by nice garden. The food was good, savoury.

Enjoyed this clean and ideal place, exceptionally nice staff and stylish rooms. The location was incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Botanic Garden Ubud. Moreover, it's not far from the main town centre, Ubud center and the airport. Stayed here before, and I will be back.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my dog and had a fantastic time. The villa had a comfortable bed and all the essential amenities. The presence of a laptop safe, mini-bar, and sofa bed was a big plus for us.

I asked for double room, it was brand-new and fully-equipped. A mini bar, a sofa bed and an iron with ironing board were standard, but I appreciated that

guests have all their needs satisfied by the supper friendly and really friendly staff. the location is incredible, near the center of ubud.

Loved every detail about my very very good 4 nights stay here. The room was beautifully decorated and complete with views of nature and a comfortable bed and great facilities. I had everything needed. The setting of the hotel was magnificent and lovely, perfect to explore the temples.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the center but still away from the busy streets. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering services like room service, car hire, and laundry. The room was clean and spacious, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing, providing a great view of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in a relaxing full body massage. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

the location was perfect, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the town, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff, although a bit unorganized at times, were friendly and always found a way to communicate with us. the breakfast served on the terrace was satisfactory, with a choice of six options to choose from. the pool and view were great additions to the overall experience.

I did find that the prices for laundry, tours, and scooter rental were quite expensive compared to other places.

This allowed me to easily explore the city's vibrant shops, markets, and cultural attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the friendly receptionist to the kind owner, everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The added bonus of a delicious breakfast each morning made my stay even more enjoyable.
